First of all, if you don't have a online business I will recomend you to start one, there is a lot fo different tipes of online business: from easy business to hard-professional business, from fast grow bussiness to slow grow business, etc.
I personally will recomend you the Multi-Level Marketing business, and more specific the Forced Matrix one's, but let's calm down and let me explain everything more clearly:
What is Multi-Level Marketing?
" Multi-level marketing (MLM), also known as Network Marketing, is a business-distribution model that allows a parent company to market its products directly to consumers by means of relationship referrals and direct Selling.
Independent, unsalaried salespeople of multi-level marketing, referred to as distributors (or associates, independent business owners, dealers, franchise owners, sales consultants, consultants, independent agents, etc.), represent the parent company and are awarded a commission based upon the volume of product sold through each of their independent businesses (organizations).
Independent distributors develop their organizations by either building an active customer base, who buy direct from the parent company, or by recruiting a downline of independent distributors who also build a customer base, thereby expanding the overall organization. Additionally, distributors can also earn a profit by retailing products they purchased from the parent company at wholesale price.
Distributors earn a commission based on the sales efforts of their organization, which includes their independent sale efforts as well as the leveraged sales efforts of their downline. This arrangement is similar to franchise arrangements where royalties are paid from the sales of individual franchise operations to the franchisor as well as to an area or region manager. Commissions are paid to multi-level marketing distributors according to the company’s compensation plan. There can be multiple levels of people receiving royalties from one person's sales. "

So... in a MLM system you need to invite and join people to your "downline" and then you receive a comission for every one who joined you and for every person who joined to your downline members, this works usually in a certain number of levels.
By example: Your are in a company who gives you $1 for every person who joined you and joined to your downline in 8 levels. You recruit 10 people and you will get $10, then the 10 guys behind you recruit 10 each one and you will get 10x10 = $100 (only on that level), and these 100 guys recruit 10 each one and you will get 10x10x10= $1,000 (only on that level), and this continue trough 8 levels.
You maybe said "Wow! wonderfull! easy money!", well, it's not that easy. Why? Because it's hard to recruit people when you are new, nobody knows you, nobody knows you page, and generally the "big guys" are who recruit the vast mayority of the people in a unlimited way and earn thousands and thousands of dollars.
"What do can I do?" Sincerely, only work very hard and promote your business everywhere and everytime, give good offers and clear all the doubts from the people, and then, MAYBE you will recruit someone.
So, remember the "Forced Matrix" system I talked to you? lets see what is a forced matrix:
What is Forced Matrix System? "A Forced Matrix is a system where there is a limit to the number of referrals any affiliate member can refer . For example, if you set the matrix width to be 4, an affiliate member (Affiliate 1) can refer a maximum number of 4 people. Any future referrals will automatically be placed below one of the 4 members he referred right below him, forcing the matrix to fill up, up to the number of commission levels you have specified."

So, one difference between a traditional MLM system and a Forced Matrix is that the Forced Matrix have a limited number of recruiting guys by you.
You maybe said "That's sucks because I'm not going to earn a lot of money!!" Well, you are WRONG, this is why: there is a lot of different kind of forced matrix structures, there are the 3x8 (that means 3 guys in your downline in a 8 levels secuence), the 6x5, 8x8, etc.
If you do the math, maybe you discovered that you can still earn a lot of money with the "limited" downline in the forced matrix system. By example: In a 3x8 forced matrix the maximun amount of money that you can earn with a full downline is $9,840, and in a 5x6 one is $35,155.
"So whats the point of joining in a forced matrix instead of a normal MLM system?" Here my good friend, is the HUGE difference: by example, in a 3x10 forced matrix when you recruit your 3 guys, then you filled your maximun capacity of first level downline, but What happens if you recruit a 4th one? If I recruit a 4th guy, then he is going to be placed in the downline of one of my first level recruit members, that's means the 4th guy is going to be placed in my second level, or in other words, in the first downline of my first level member.
That effect it is called "Spillover", and it's the huge difference between the forced matrix and the casual MLM systems.
Just think this: If you enter in a forced matrix system with a sponsor who recruit a lot of people every month, then YOU WILL GOING TO RECIEVE "FREE" MEMBERS TO YOUR DOWNLINE! That is amazing!, and the "big guys" not steal you the potential members, actually THEY GIVES YOU THAT POTENTIAL MEMBERS!, can you see the real deal here??.
Of course, to reach that goal everybody needs to work like a team, a winner team, sharing experiences, tips, market secrets, and other very useful stuff.
